My Instagram friend Peggy Lavender possesses an elegant, classical beauty that is timeless, almost ethereal, as if she stepped out of the canvas of a William-Adolphe Bouguereau painting. She is a prodigiously talented artist herself, but I also find her beauty as a model compelling. This is another of my coffee sketch practice portraits, as I strive to improve my hand at portraiture.
